I led the design for a contract agreement tool for the largest Ship Broker in Europe. This tool allowed Brokers and Clients to have a centralised destination to review, amend, discuss and sign off contracts. This was previously a manual process over email: with version control difficulty, long wait times and often human error impacting contracts worth Millions of pounds.
